Working groups on the two webinars for HE and Youth should come together and organize their work. Dragana and Thembeni will be the drivers on these. We should try to replicate content for both as much as possible to reduce the workload.
FOP event working group has decided to hold the event seperately from the webinars, on 30th September at 11am (Berlin time). Ousmane is in charge but requires other consortium members to present at the event. They will be using this group folder for communication and exchange with the entire consortium.
The E-internship program design committee will be in charge of developing the design and content of the e-internship program. It will closely collaborate with the TF for e-internship in HE and e-internship in Youth. The committee uses this folder for exchange and documentation. Matt is in charge to call for meetings.
Thembeni leads the TF for integration of the e-internship program into the youth sector environment and Yitna the one for the HE institutions. These TFs have their own group folders here (Youth) and here (HE).
Please all call your working group members to meetings as needed, decide on tasks (which can be found under the groups description and task tabs), their distribution, mode of communication, etc. individually and proactively. If you like you can use this whiteboard tool during your team zoom meetings. Do not send out emails biút always use the communication forum to communicate with your respective groups. For communication to the entire team, please use this forum.
