Introduction to week 6

You have now reached week 6 and the final week of this e-internship course! Congratulations for making it this far!

This week you will have a unique opportunity to play a business simualtion game. In teams you will work together to set up and run your company. 

This is a great opportunity to apply everything you have learned over the past 5 weeks and test your capabilities in a safe environment. 

It is also the moment to apply your team-working and communication skills.

1. What should you do as a team?

From now on you are expected to organize and arrange your own team meetings and communications to finalize and prepare the pitch deck for the international competition. You will receive an invitation with a date for the competition, where you can present your project idea. 

2. What should you do in your Mentor sessions?

This week you will meet a new facilitator, who will prepare you for the simulation. Feel free to ask him any questions you may have until you feel confident and well-prepared for the 3 days of simulation.

3. What will happen during the Simulation sessions?

During the simulation you will work in teams. You will be given access to a simulation software and start setting up your own virtual company. The simulation will guide you through a series of decision making rounds. After each round you will see the results and outcome of your decisions. You can discuss these with facilitators during the simulatio and adjust your decisions in the following rounds.
