I tried to combine all our statements made during the KOM into one mission and vision statement. I posted these here for you to comment and give feedback. I also posted two short versions that hopefully still capture the essence of the project and which might be useful for social media posts and the like. Option 1:
Our virtual exchange program empowers youth with employability, career guidance, and entrepreneurial skills in agriculture, rural development, and climate action. We aim to foster personal growth, mindset change, and readiness for or creation of employment opportunities.
Option 2:
Our program empowers youth with digital training, career guidance, and entrepreneurial development in agriculture, rural innovation, and climate action through community engagement and intercultural learning. We aim to build skills, create mindset shifts, and pathways to employment.
Option 3:
We connect and equip youth across continents through digital learning/engagement, mentorship, and cultural exchange. We help them build entrepreneurial skills in agriculture, climate resilience, and rural development while fostering global cooperation, mindset change, and meaningful career growth.
