Dear all,
I hope you are well.
Following the recent discussions and minutes I have read, I understand that there is interest in beginning the first rollout phase during the first week of June in line with the project timeline and reporting requirements.
From the simulation side, I believe this timeline is still achievable, provided that the relevant licence arrangements and implementation structure are confirmed in time. I also currently have potential Friends of the Project in South Africa who have expressed willingness to participate in an initial pilot phase, which could support the first rollout activities.
To help ensure that implementation is aligned across partners, it would be very helpful to clarify a few operational points at consortium level ahead of the next stage, for example:
- Expected participant numbers for the initial phase
- Which partners intend to participate in the first rollout
- Proposed format of delivery (country groups, mixed-country teams, blended, etc.)
- Facilitator availability and training requirements
- Timeline for confirming licences and access
- How the first pilot/cohort is envisaged within the broader project rollout
Having clarity on these points will help ensure that the simulation component is structured realistically and aligned with the wider implementation planning across the consortium.
From my side, I am happy to support the discussion and provide a short structured overview of how the simulation rollout could operate operationally within the agreed project scope.
Best regards,
Matt
