On February 2, 2026, we met to review progress on the Civic Participation and Project Development Modules (Modules 3 and 4). HU, HSWT, HAMK, EDI, WEBIN, NICOSA, and KITA were represented and shared updates on their tasks. However, no update was provided for MOOC Module 3: Civic Participation (WEBIN) and MOOC Module 4: Project Development (WEBIN, UGB, and KITA). These modules were not presented.

We agreed to hold a presentation on February 20, 2026, from 1:30–2:30 East African Time.

Agenda for 20 February 2026:

  • MOOC Module 3: Civic Participation (WEBIN)

  • MOOC Module 4: Project Development (WEBIN, UGB, and KITA)

  • Communication strategy for calls targeting youth and students, including budget, responsibilities, delivery modes, and dissemination channels such as website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Dear Yitna,

I hope you're doing well. Yesterday, I was talking with my colleagues at UGB about Module 4. Is it run by WEBIN? I know it's between WEBIN, UGB, and KITA. What exactly do we need to do for February 20?

Best regards,

Ousmane

Dear all,

There are a few questions that HAMK hope to be discussed in the TF-HE group. Maybe we find time for that already tomorrow, Friday 20 February.

Pilot phase of the e-internship

  • To our understanding, there is test/pilot round. Can you confirm this? If there isn’t a detailed plan yet, it might be one of the very next tasks to work on.
  • The initial plan was to pilot this spring. As the project started last April (M1), and the learning materials still need to be finalised, could you clarify the planned timeline for the pilot? We find it would be optimal to arrange in early June. We need a planning session including those who are involved in the pilot phase.
  • In addition to the learning material, we must include introductory material about the course (both for students and for facilitators).

E-internship implementation
  • As the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange model requires structured intercultural dialogue, at least weeks 5-6 (Company Play & Simulation / Capstone Project) must have this element. Could the implementation be organised in country pairs? This would make the Company Play and Simulation phases more manageable in terms of participant numbers and scheduling. It would also make possible online sessions easier to facilitate than if all countries participate simultaneously.
  • To which extent the mentors must coordinate across countries, or do they work independently (with different standards)?
  • In which time frame (semester and year) is the e-internship foreseen to take place?
