please find attached the PPT version of the facilitator’s handbook draft that I shared after the ToT last week. I created it, in the best understanding of our ongoing discussions and decisions, as a tool to handover WP 2 to WP 3,. Matt’s and Corli’s earlier communication however raised some structural issues of misalignment between the course outline and the project proposal. To address these I would like to ask all of you to please enter your thoughts in the notes part of the PPT on what needs to be changed and how you see any necessary adjustments could look like, who could take on which roles and tasks that might come with these changes and indicate a possible timeframe. If necessary, we can arrange for another zoom meeting to discuss any issues that need addressing.
One point of tomorrow's agenda, as discussed in the last SC meeting, was also the official handover of WP3 work to a core management team that would coordinate and monitor the e-internship. KITA will be in charge of this and was supposed to introduce the team leader. Please also advise on how to move forward regarding this, as I think, this discussion hugely concerns their work as well.
